Self-efficacy: Essential for Exemplary Mental Health
Get accessible and personalized mental healthcare in-person or from the comfort of your home.
My approach
My therapeutic approach integrates the foundations of Marriage and Family Therapy with the lived understanding that relationships - whether sexual, familial, or within oneself - can be both deeply challenging and profoundly transformative. Grounded in Bowen Family Systems Theory, I help clients recognize and shift generational patterns, strengthen their sense of self, and cultivate healthier ways of relating. I believe therapy is not only about solving problems, but also about fostering self-efficacy and learning to listen to the inner voice that guides authentic connection. By creating a safe, compassionate space, I support clients in moving through shame, conflict, and disconnection toward greater resilience, intimacy, and emotional clarity.
